As a dental practice, Serenity Family Dentistry, PLLC is required by federal law (HIPAA) to protect your health information. Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains how we may use and share it, and your rights, including your right to see and get a copy of your records.

This website
This website doesn't have forms that collect health information, and it doesn't ask you to create an account. Please don't email us health details or insurance numbers. Email isn't a secure way to send them. Call us instead.
What's collected automatically
- Server logs. Like most websites, the company that hosts this site keeps standard logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and when. They're used to keep the site running and secure.
- Map. The map on our contact page is from Google Maps. Google may collect information, including cookies, when the map loads.
We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics on this site.
Other websites we link to
Online booking, the patient portal, new patient forms, financing applications (CareCredit, Cherry and Proceed Finance), Google reviews and Facebook are run by other companies under their own privacy policies. Information you enter there goes to them.
Texts, calls and emails
If you give us your phone number or email, we use it for appointment reminders, membership renewal reminders and other messages about your care. You can stop text reminders at any time by replying STOP or telling us.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't use patient photos, stories or reviews in our marketing without your written permission.
- This website isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them online.
