Our membership plan is $399 a year for adults and covers checkups, cleanings and x-rays, with 20% off most other treatment.

Yes. You'll get your treatment plan and price in writing before anything starts.

Yes. You can start with a visit where we just talk, and choose nitrous, a single dose of anti-anxiety medication, or simply a slower pace. See dental anxiety.

We offer nitrous oxide ($75 a visit) and oral sedation, a single dose of anti-anxiety medication before your visit with a driver ($444 a visit). Sedation is included in the All-on-X price. We don't offer IV sedation in our office. If you need it, we'll refer you to an oral surgeon we trust.

Yes. We have a step-free entrance with a gentle ramp, and an accessible restroom. Tell us when you book if you need any other help at your visit.

Yes. Dr. Ansari plans implants on our in-office 3D CT scanner, places them, and makes the teeth that go on them, all in our Royal Oak office.

All-on-X is a full arch of fixed teeth on four to six implants that only the dentist removes. Snap-in dentures use two to four implants to hold a removable denture firmly in place, and we can often convert the denture you already have.

All-on-X starts at $18,995 per arch with hybrid final teeth. Zirconia final teeth are an upgrade, at $22,000 to $24,000 per arch. You'll get an exact price in writing at your free consult, once we've seen your 3D scan. Insurance may pay toward parts of it, and financing is available.

From $5,000 per arch to convert the denture you already have, and from $7,500 with a new denture, extractions included. See snap-in denture prices.
